Our pickups have been completely hand crafted in our shop since the early 90s firmly believing that smaller is better for quality control, we remain a family business dedicated to personal customer service. If you phone our shop for tech support you will be speaking with the folks who actually make the product instead of a customer service representative in an office somewhere. We offer installation in our shop, either in person or by shipping your instrument to us.
